Got a question? You’re probably not the first. Below you’ll find answers to the things we’re asked most often - from how the process works to artwork, turnaround times and delivery.

What do you do?

We create premium garments personalised with your logo or artwork. Think quality t-shirts, sweatshirts, polos and aprons and other merch that help your brand look the part.

We focus on great-feeling clothing, small runs (even one-offs), and a personal service - no mass production, no minimum orders just maximum quality.

What do I need to provide?

You’ll need to supply the artwork or logo you’d like added to your chosen item.

For best results, we recommend:

Vector files where possible (AI, EPS or SVG)

Or high-resolution artwork at 300dpi or above

We’ll use the artwork you provide, so it’s important to make sure it’s the correct version and good quality. Colours can appear differently on screens compared to printed garments - we’ll always do our best, but we can’t be responsible for issues caused by supplied artwork.

How do I place an order?

We work on a quote-first basis rather than online checkout because every order is different - we want to give you the very best service so you let us know what you’d like and we come up with the best price we can!

Here’s how it works:

  • Browse our wardrobe and decide which items you’re interested in

  • Head to the Enquiry Form

  • Tell us as much detail as possible, including:

  • Which garment(s) you like

  • Quantity

  • Where you’d like your logo placed (front, back, sleeve etc.)

  • Upload your logo or artwork with your enquiry (you don’t have to do it there and then but if you have it why not!)

We’ll then come back to you with a clear quote and next steps.

Is there a minimum order?

Nope!

You can order as little as one item.

That said, the cost per item reduces when you order multiples of the same garment - so if you’re kitting out a team, it’s always worth asking.

How long does it take?

All items are made to order, so please allow 10–14 days for dispatch.

We always aim to get orders out sooner where possible, but turnaround times can vary depending on order size and current workload.

How is my order delivered?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed For, so you’ll know when your items are on their way and when they’ve arrived safely.

Will I see a proof before production?

If a proof is provided, it’s your responsibility to check and approve it carefully before confirming your order. Once approved, we’ll produce your items exactly as agreed.

What if I order the wrong size?

Because all garments are personalised to order, we’re unable to remake items if the wrong size is ordered. We recommend checking size guides carefully before confirming quantities.

Can I return my order?

Personalised items are non-refundable, unless they’re faulty.

Every order is checked before it leaves us to make sure it meets our quality standards.
